Coin. Obverse: In the center is the emblem of the RSFSR from 1920—a heraldic shield with a sickle and hammer against the backdrop of a rising sun, framed by a wreath of ears of grain. Below the emblem is a cartouche with the inscription “Р.С.Ф.С.Р.”. Along the upper edge of the coin, on the left and right sides, is the inscription: “PROLETARII VSEKH STRAN, SOEDINYAYTES!” (“WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!”).
Reverse: In the center, inside a ring of dots, the coin’s denomination is shown in two lines—”20 КОПЕЕК” (“20 KOPEKS”). Below is the year of minting—”1923″.
