Description

An archaeological find discovered at the site of the Koylyk settlement, which in the 10th century served as the stronghold of the Karluk Khaganate – Arslan Khan. Made of clay using firing methods. Part of the water supply system of a medieval city. The cylindrical part of the pipe is widened at one end and slightly narrowed at the other. By connecting such parts to each other, a water supply system for the city was created. The medieval settlement of Koylyk, Sarkan district, Zhetysu region, 10th-12th centuries. Length – 40 cm, diameter – 10 and 15 cm.
