Veteran of Labor Medal

Description

On the front of the medal, against a backdrop of scattered rays, there is a prominent inscription “USSR,” alongside a relief image of a laurel branch, a sickle, and a hammer. At the bottom of the medal, on the outline of the ribbon around the circumference, is the inscription “Еңбек ардагері.” The front part of the medal is oxidized.
On the reverse side of the medal, against a matte-light background, there is a relief inscription “For many years of conscientious labor” in four lines.
The edges of the medal are bordered.
The medal is connected to a pentagonal suspension by a loop and ring, covered with a silken rigid ribbon 24 mm wide, featuring a single longitudinal stripe of dark gray 7 mm wide, one light gray stripe 8 mm wide, and three narrow longitudinal stripes alternating in white and red. The edges of the ribbon are bordered with narrow white stripes.
