Description

Mandate No. 152 of a Party Conference Delegate.
The mandate is a rectangular credential made of thick burgundy-colored cardboard. Part of the text is printed in gold-colored letters, while some information has been completed by hand in black ink.
At the top is the slogan: “Workers of all countries, unite!”, followed by the inscription “Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan.”
Below, the owner’s surname, “Aldabergenov,” is handwritten in black ink.
The document certifies that Aldabergenov was elected as a delegate to the 4th Taldykorgan Regional Party Conference from the Taldykorgan Party Organization with the right to vote.
At the bottom appears the official inscription: “Chairmen of the Mandate Commission:”
