Mandate of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. The document is in the form of a rectangular booklet with a rigid red cloth-covered cover. The text is printed typographically, with additional information completed by hand in ink.
N. Aldabergenov was elected as a delegate to the 18th Taldykorgan District Party Conference from the Party organization of the Stalin Collective Farm (Kolkhoz), with the right to cast a decisive vote.
The upper part of the document bears the Soviet slogan: “Workers of the world, unite!” The upper left corner features embossed profile portraits of Vladimir I. Lenin and Joseph V. Stalin.
