Application submitted by citizen G. G. Kaus to N. Aldabergenov, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, in Russian.
The applicant states that he and his family moved in May 1957 from Andijan to the Stalin Collective Farm in Taldykorgan District and requests exemption from the agricultural tax due to his incapacity for work and the circumstances of resettlement.
