Official letter of application, typewritten in Kazakh, 3 pages.
Addressed to Belimbetov, Chairman of the Council of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, from N. Aldabergenov, Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm and member of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
The letter describes the collective farm’s achievements in the Taldykorgan District and requests support for further infrastructure development. It proposes constructing, by 1959 and at state expense, a 70-place boarding school and 10 two-apartment houses for teachers; and, at the collective farm’s expense, completing and equipping a 500-seat House of Culture, a 200-place kindergarten, and a stadium.
