Official notice issued on the letterhead of the Taldy-Kurgan Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. Addressed to N. Aldabergenov, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm in Taldy-Kurgan District. The Special Sector of the Regional Committee informs the recipient that the Fifth Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan will be held on 11 December 1956 and instructs him to arrive in Alma-Ata on 10 December to participate in the Plenum. The notice is signed by Malkov, Head of the Special Sector of the Taldy-Kurgan Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
