Description
An appeal from N. Aldabergenov, a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, to the authorities concerning the social development of the Stalin Collective Farm in Taldykorgan District. The farm workers requested the construction of a 150-bed boarding school and eight two-apartment residential buildings for teachers. Aldabergenov asked that these projects be included in the 1958 plan and completed by 1959 using state funds.
