A four-page petition from N. Aldabergenov, Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm and a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR, to D. A. Kunaev, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR. The document describes the collective farm’s achievements in livestock and crop production, as well as the performance of leading workers. Aldabergenov requests that the outstanding workers be nominated for state awards and asks for a favorable decision on the matter.
