Description
An official letter from 1957 addressed to N. Aldabergenov, a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR. It reports that the primary school building in Belokamenka village was deemed unfit, forcing children to study in inadequate conditions during the 1956-1957 academic year. The Michurin Collective Farm decided to build a standard school building in the village and requested the necessary construction materials.
