Mandate No. 18

Description

Communist Party of Kazakhstan Mandate No. 18 issued to Nurmolda Aldabergenov. This official red-colored document was printed in Russian using typographic printing and completed by hand. It certifies that N. Aldabergenov, elected by the primary party organization of the 40th Anniversary of the Kazakh SSR Collective Farm (Kolkhoz named after the 40th Anniversary of the Kazakh SSR), was elected as a delegate to the Taldy-Kurgan District Party Conference with the right to a decisive vote. The front of the document features a portrait of Vladimir I. Lenin, political slogans, a designated space for a round official seal, and the date 14 January 1965. This archival document is an important historical source on Nurmolda Aldabergenov’s party and public activities, as well as on the history of collective farm development in the region.
