Water pipe

Description

The pipe is made of red clay with sand and translucent stone inclusions. The object was made on a potter’s wheel. During forming, opposing ring-shaped marks (circular lines) were formed on the outer and inner surfaces. One end of the pipe is narrowed, while the other is widened for joining the pipes together. Finger-impressed indentations are visible on the outer surface of the widened end.
