Spherocone

Description

A spherocone of the “fish” type, with an elongated spherical body and a conical base ending in a forked tail, is made of well-kneaded, dense dough of a light gray color. The vessel’s exterior is covered with a light engobe, and the smoothing of the sides is visible. The neck is mushroom-shaped, with a thickening at the edge. The body is decorated with a pattern of concentric circles, with indentations of dotted circles and parallel lines inside. A single convex fin-like molding, 3.0 cm long, remains on the lower part of the body.
