Description

A pot-shaped vessel made of red clay, coated with red engobe showing traces of burnishing. The piece is wheel-thrown. It has a wide, low cylindrical neck that ends in a thickened rim with a flat top and a rectangular cross-section. On the shoulders of the vessel, vertical, flat, loop-shaped applied handles are preserved. At the level where the handles are attached, three parallel radial incised lines are present. The body is swollen at the center and gradually tapers toward a flat base.
