Archival document (copy). Letter from the Director of the Omsk Technical School to the Karkaraly District Chief, bearing the personal autograph of Sultan Alikhan Nurmukhamedov (Bukeikhanov).
Contains information on A. Bukeikhanov’s assignment to St. Petersburg for admission to the Forestry Institute. A handwritten receipt by him, dated june 18, is written vertically along the left margin, confirming his obligation to appear at the Chancellery of the Steppe Governor-General to obtain a letter of recommendation addressed to Professor Borodin.
