Description

Jubilee Medal “50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945”
A circular medal, 32 mm in diameter, made of tombac. The obverse depicts the Kremlin wall with the Spasskaya Tower, the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, and a festive salute. At the bottom is the image of the Order of the Patriotic War and the dates “1945-1995,” surrounded by laurel branches along the circumference.The reverse bears the central inscription: “50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945”, with a laurel half-wreath below. The edges of the medal are rimmed. All images and inscriptions are in relief.
