Description
Issued to the improvisational poet (aitys performer) Kanysha Raisova on behalf of the “International Union of Aitys Poets and Traditional Performers.” The certificate is red in color, with the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the cover, and the inscription “Куәлік / Certificate” at the bottom.
