A work record book belonging to Bugytai Aiserkenov, a prominent teacher, educator, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, and officer. The document was completed on March 16, 1939. The work record book is presented in both Kazakh and Russian. The Kazakh-language texts are written using a Latin-based script, while the Russian-language texts are written in the Cyrillic alphabet.
The left page bears the title “Eñbek kitapşasy” [Work Record Book] and provides the owner’s surname - Aiserkenov, first name - Bugytai, patronymic - Ysqaqbek, year of birth - 1909, education - secondary, and profession - teacher. The information was entered by hand in blue ink. The lower part of the page contains the date the work record book was completed - March 16, 1939 - and a signature.
The right page presents the Russian-language version of the document under the title “Trudovaya knizhka” [Work Record Book]. It contains the owner’s surname, first name, patronymic, year of birth, education, and profession. His education is indicated as “srednee.” [secondary], and his profession as “uchitel.” [teacher]. The document bears the signature of the work record book’s owner.
The work record book was produced by a typographic printing method, with personal information entered by hand. The exhibit is of museum value as a historical source reflecting the employment history and professional career of Bugytai Aiserkenov.
