Through the Emshan

Description
A vertically still life.
The foreground is occupied by a dense, voluminous bush of dried emshan (steppe wormwood/sagebrush), partially obscuring the horizontal plane of a table. Two transparent glass vessels are set upon the table: the left container holds a bouquet of dried wildflowers with small blossoms, while the right holds fluffy feather grass stalks. To the left of the vessels, a dragonfly is depicted suspended in the air.
