Badge and certificate

Description

The badge is a commemorative award badge. It was presented together with a special certificate featuring blue velvet covering. The upper part of the badge depicts an open book and a pen, symbolizing the fields of press and journalism. In the center is a gold-colored circular medallion bearing the inscription “Aksu Region” and the commemorative marking “85 Years.” The medallion is framed by laurel branches. The badge is made of a metal base with a gold-colored finish. The images and inscriptions were produced using embossing, stamping, and enamel techniques. The reverse side features a fastening mechanism for attaching the badge. The badge belonged to the writer and journalist M. Kazbanbetov.
