Description

This artifact is a finely crafted object made from bone. The composition features two intertwined, serpentine or dragon-like figures, arranged in a wave-like, figure-eight shape. The upper part of the artifact is well preserved, while the lower part is broken into several pieces. The surface shows clear traces of ornamentation, including linear and relief carvings, and a small sculpted face is visible in the lower section.

Depictions of dragons and serpents are common mythological symbols in the cultures of the ancient Turks, Saka, and Huns. They were associated with protection, eternity, renewal, and mystical power. The intertwined form of the two creatures may also symbolize duality and harmony. Such imagery was typically used in ritual or ceremonial objects.
