Certificate of Honor

Description

The honorary certificate consists of two pages. In the center of the document is the inscription “Honorary Certificate.” At the bottom is the awarding text: “For active work in the bodies of public control of the USSR.” The certificate was awarded to Ivan Nikolayevich Sobalev for his active involvement in the bodies of public control and his contribution to the work of public oversight.
