Book: “Kunanbai Qazhy”
This work is a historical and journalistic study by Kazakh writer Beibıt Saparaly, dedicated to the prominent 19th-century public figure Kunanbai Uskembaev (1804–1885), the father of the famous Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbaev.The book has a green cover featuring an image of a large tree with falling leaves. The author’s name, Beibıt Saparaly, is printed at the top of the cover, while the book’s title, “KUNANBAI QAZHY”, is written in bold capital letters at the bottom.
On the first page, the author left a handwritten dedication in black ink:
“To the Shoqan Museum in memory of the Year of Abai, from the author. 10.08.95.”—with his signature.
