Congratulatory Letter.
This congratulatory letter is dedicated to the 80th birthday of architect and public figure Shota Ydyrysuly Ualikhanov.
The letter is printed on white quality paper. In the upper left corner, there is a yellow emblem. The greeting “Dear Shota Ydyrysuly!” is written in large red letters, followed by the congratulatory text in blue.
The letter highlights Shota Ualikhanov’s significant contribution to the development of the country’s culture and arts, his role in creating national symbols, leadership in erecting monuments to historical figures, and mentoring students.
At the end, there is a wish:
